Piston Pin Bore Diameter

General Procedure

NOTE: Refer to general specifications in the appropriate Engine article for the appropriate specification.

NOTE: Piston and piston pins are a matched set and should not be interchanged.

Measure the piston pin bore diameter in 2 directions in the middle of each side as shown in illustration. Verify the diameter is within specification.
