Knock Sensor (KS) - 2.0L GTDI: Removal
WARNING:
Before beginning any service procedure in this service information, refer to SAFETY WARNINGS
- 1.
Remove the intake manifold. Refer to ENGINE - 2.0L GTDI .
- 2.NOTE: The RH KS must be installed in the 6 o'clock position and the LH KS must be installed in the 3 o'clock position. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the engine.
Disconnect the 2 KS electrical connectors and remove the 2 bolts and the 2 KS.
- To install, tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).
