Side Impact Sensor - Front Door: Installation

NOTE: Make sure the door and side impact sensor mating surfaces are clean and free of foreign material.

Position the side impact sensor, install the side impact sensor bolts, connect the side impact sensor electrical connector and slide the locking wedge back.
- Tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).

Install the front door trim panel. REFER to Interior Trim and Ornamentation .

3.

Repower the SRS. Refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering - With Intelligent Access (IA) or Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering - Without Intelligent Access (IA) .
