Safety Belt Retractor - 2nd Row, Outboard, without Inflatable Safety Belts: Installation

Position the outboard safety belt retractor and install the bolt.
- 1.
Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
- 2.
Position the D-ring and install the bolt.
- 1.
Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
- 3.
For LH retractor with auxiliary HVAC, install the 2 bolts.
- 1.
Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- 4.
Install the C-pillar trim panel. REFER to Interior Trim and Ornamentation
.
- 5.
Position the outboard safety belt anchor and install the bolt.
- 1.
Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
- 6.
Check the active restraint system for correct operation. Refer to Safety Belt System .
