The turn signal lamps flash fast and no bulbs are inoperative	Bulb	INSTALL correct turn lamp bulbs as necessary.
The turn signal function is inoperative	Multifunction switch SCCM	GO to Pinpoint Test P .
One turn signal lamp is inoperative or always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Bulb Exterior mirror Headlamp assembly BCM	INSTALL a new multifunction switch. REFER to STEERING COLUMN MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH . TEST the system for normal operation. If the concern still exists, INSTALL a new SCCM. REFER to STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE (SCCM) .
The hazard lamp function is inoperative or always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Bulb Exterior mirror Headlamp assembly BCM	VERIFY the bulb is OK. If OK, GO to Pinpoint Test R .
The hazard lamp function is inoperative or always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors FCIM BCM	GO to Pinpoint Test S .
