PINPOINT TEST W : An Individual Front Fog Lamp Is Inoperative
- W1 CHECK FOR VOLTAGE TO THE FOG LAMP
- Ignition OFF.
- Disconnect: Inoperative Fog Lamp.
- Ignition ON.
- Place the headlamp switch in the parking lamps on position and activate the fog lamps.
- Measure:
Positive Lead Measurement / Action Negative Lead Fog Lamp-Left C152-B Ground Fog Lamp-Right C162-B Ground
Is the voltage greater than 11 volts?
Yes REPAIR the fog lamp ground circuit for an open. No REPAIR the fog lamp voltage supply circuit for an open.
