Door - Rear: Installation

1.

Position the door on the vehicle.

2.

Connect the door wiring harness electrical connector.

NOTE: To minimize the possibility of binding, install the upper door hinge pivot bolt first.

Install the upper door hinge pivot bolt.
- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

Install the lower door hinge pivot bolt.
- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

5.

Position the door check arm and install the bolt.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

6.

Adjust the door. Refer to Door Alignment - Rear .
