Liftgate/Trunk Module (LTM): Removal

  1. 1.

    Remove the LH rear door tread plate.

  1. 2.

    Remove the liftgate opening weather strip.

  1. 3.

    Remove the liftgate opening tread plate.

  1. 4.

    Remove the 2 LH cargo net anchors and position aside the LH quarter trim panel.

  1. 5.

    Disconnect the LTM electrical connectors and remove the pin-type retainer.

  1. 6.

    Release the upper and lower retaining clips and remove the LTM.
