Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The TCC solenoid is used in the transmission control system to control the application, modulation and release of the torque converter.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| P0740 | Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit/Open | Open circuit in the TCC solenoid or wire harness. |
| P0742 | Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Stuck On | Short to ground in the TCC solenoid or wire harness. |
| P0743 | Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Electrical | Open or short to ground in the TCC solenoid or wire harness. |
| P0744 | Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Intermittent | Short to power in the TCC solenoid or wire harness. |
| P2760 | Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Intermittent | Intermittent circuit in the TCC solenoid or wire harness. Open, short to ground or short to power. |
