Hood Latch: Removal

  1. 1.

    NOTE: Mark the position of the hood latch prior to removing the hood latch bolts.

    Remove the 2 bolts and position the hood latch aside to gain access to the hood latch release cable. To install, tighten to 11 Nm (97 lb-in).

    Disconnect the hood latch release cable and remove the hood latch.
