PINPOINT TEST F : A No Key Detected Message Is Displayed In The Message Center: Notes
Diagnostic Overview
No Key Detected Is Displayed In The Message Center
Normal Operations and Fault Conditions
During each vehicle start sequence, if the RFA module does not detect a programmed Intelligent Access (IA) key is inside the vehicle and the backup transceiver does not receive a programmed Intelligent Access (IA) key identification code, the message center displays the message NO KEY DETECTED.
NOTE:
Some brands/types of mobile phone or laptop computer chargers may cause interference that could lead to a PATS no-start if the Intelligent Access (IA) key is within close proximity of the charger. If a concern is observed, move the Intelligent Access (IA) key away from the charger and attempt to start the vehicle.
