PINPOINT TEST K : The RKE Transmitter Has Poor Range Performance: Notes

Normal Operations and Fault Conditions 

The RKE transmitter has a normal operating range of 20 m (65.62 ft). The TPM module has an internal antenna to receive the RKE transmitter signal. When the TPM module receives a command from a programmed RKE transmitter, it sends the RKE command and TIC to the BCM over the MS-CAN.
