Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The HVAC module is supplied constant battery voltage and ground.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| U3003:16 | Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Below Threshold | This CMDTC and on-demand DTC sets in the HVAC module senses when battery voltage is less than 8 volts for more than 10 seconds. |
| U3003:17 | Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Above Threshold | This CMDTC and on-demand DTC sets in the HVAC module senses when battery voltage is greater than 16 volts for more than 2.5 seconds. |
