Mode Door Actuator - Air Inlet Door: Removal

  1. 1.

    Remove the glove compartment door, REFER to Instrument Panel and Console .

  1. 2.

    Remove the glove compartment trim panel.

  1. 3.

    Disconnect the glove compartment electrical connector.

  1. 4.

    Remove the 8 screws and remove the glove compartment close out.
    • To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).

  1. 5.

    Remove the 2 air inlet mode door actuator screws.

  1. 6.

    Disconnect the air inlet mode door actuator electrical connector.

  1. 7.

    Remove the air inlet mode door actuator.
