Exhaust Flexible Pipe - 2.0L GTDI: Removal
WARNING:
Before beginning any service procedure in this service information, refer to SAFETY WARNINGS
- 1.
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to Jacking and Lifting , Lifting Points.
- 3.NOTE: Do not damage or tear the isolator during removal.
Using soapy water, detach the exhaust flexible pipe isolator.
- 4.NOTE: Install a new gasket and 2 new nuts.
Remove the flexible pipe and discard the 2 nuts and gasket.

Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
