Exhaust Flexible Pipe - RH, 3.5L GTDI: Installation

NOTE: Do not excessively bend, twist or allow the exhaust to hang from the flexible pipe or damage to the exhaust system may occur.

• 1.
  
  Install the RH exhaust flexible pipe with new gaskets and fasteners.
  • Hand-tighten all fasteners.

• 2.
  
  Tighten the RH exhaust flexible pipe-to-underbody catalytic converter nuts.
  • Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

  Tighten the RH exhaust flexible pipe-to-RH catalytic converter bolts.
  • Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
