Radiator - 3.5L GTDI: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- 1.
Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
- 2.
Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud - 3.5L GTDI .
- 3.
Remove the front bumper cover. REFER to Bumpers .
- 7.
Position the top of the radiator toward the engine for access.- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
- 8.NOTE: The longer bolt goes on the LH side.
Position the top of the radiator toward the engine for access.
- 1.
To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
- 2.
To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
- 3.
To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
