Message Center Displays SERVICE POWER STEERING

NOTE: This message appears if a condition exists (high friction for example) putting extra load on the EPAS gear. Steering assist remains for the current ignition cycle, but with a reduced level of assist. If the ignition is turned OFF and then back ON, SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW appears in the message center and steering assist is removed until the condition is repaired.
