P2100 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Motor Circuit/Open - DTC Chart

P2100 - THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL (TAC) MOTOR CIRCUIT/OPEN - DTC CHART

Description: This DTC sets when a PCM fault flag is set indicating the motor circuit is open.
Possible Causes: ETBTACM connector is unplugged TACM+ circuit open TACM+ circuit short to voltage TACM- circuit open TACM- circuit short to voltage TACM+ and TACM- circuits are short together TAC motor has an open winding Damaged TAC motor
Diagnostic Aids: A TAC motor circuit PID reading may indicate a concern, if available.
Application	Key On Engine Off	Key On Engine Running	Continuous Memory
