Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) - 2.0L GTDI: Removal
WARNING:
Before beginning any service procedure in this service information, refer to SAFETY WARNINGS
- 1.
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to Jacking and Lifting .
- 3.NOTE: If necessary, lubricate the sensor threads with penetrating and lock lubricant to assist in removal.
Detach and disconnect the HO2S electrical connector.
Using the 303-476 T94P-9472-A, remove the HO2S.
- Calculate the correct torque wrench setting for the following torque, REFER to Service Information .
- To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
