C-Pillar Trim Panel - With Inflatable Safety Belts: Installation

• 1.
  
  Feed the second row outboard inflatable safety belt through the C-pillar trim panel and install the trim panel on the body.

• 2.
  
  Install the C-pillar trim bolt.

  • 1.
    
    Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

• 3.
  
  Install the second row outboard safety belt anchor bolt.

  • 1.
    
    Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

• 4.
  
  Position back the rear door weatherstrip.

• 5.
  
  Pry out on the outer edges and slide the upper safety belt tongue cover back on and engage the outer edges of the cover.

  Engage the lower safety belt tongue cover to the safety belt tongue retainers.

  Install the quarter trim panel. Refer to Quarter Trim Panel - With Inflatable Safety Belts .
