Door - Front: Installation

Install the upper door hinge pivot bolt.- Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
NOTE:
To minimize the possibility of binding, install the upper hinge pivot bolt first.

Position the door check arm and install the bolt.- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft). (Non police models)
- Tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft). (Police models)
- 6.
Adjust the door. Refer to Door Alignment - Front .
