Pinpoint Test O : B103B, B1111: Notes
Refer to Climate Controlled Seats for schematic and connector information.
Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The DCSM monitors the backrest and cushion blower motor circuits. If a short to ground or voltage on any of these circuits is detected, the DTCs set.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
| DTC | Description | Fault Trigger Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| B103B | Thermoelectric Driver Overcurrent Low | If DCSM outputs to the driver seat backrest or cushion TED are shorted to ground or current flow is above a programmed threshold, the DCSM shuts down the driver seat system and sets this DTC. |
| B1111 | Driver Thermal Electric Device Control Overtemperature Fault | If the DCSM TED driver integrated circuit temperature exceeds 175 °C (347 °F), the DCSM shuts down the driver seat system and sets this DTC. |
