Removal And Installation: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Release retainer (1) securing the sliding door wiring harness to the track.
- Disconnect the module and drive unit connector from the sliding door wiring harness (1).
- Remove the sliding door trim panel.
- Disconnect the sliding door wire harness from body wiring harness connector (1).
- Using door trim panel tool (special tool #C-4829A, Remover, Trim) or equivalent, remove the wire harness routing clips located.
- Remove the harness tie down retaining screws (1) at the bottom of the sliding door.
- Pull the harness assembly out (2) and remove from vehicle.
