NOTE:

Diagnose Powertrain Control Module (PCM) DTCs before continuing with this procedure.

Perform the COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE. Refer to COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .

NOTE:

Treat this DTC as an IMPLAUSIBLE SIGNAL  DTC when performing the COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE.
