Removal And Installation: Removal
WARNING:
Use care when removing the door glass to prevent breakage. Do not force the glass out of the door. Failure to follow this warning may result in serious injury.
- Remove the front carrier plate assembly. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Remove the outer belt molding. Refer to MOLDING, DOOR BELT, OUTER, DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION .
- Remove the glass run channel (1) from the door glass frame.
- Lower the glass assembly (1) into the door cavity and carefully position the rear corner of the glass into the rear slot (2) at the C-pillar.
- Carefully remove the glass (1) from the glass opening (2).
