Rear Check Valve: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable
- Remove the spoiler from the outside of the upper liftgate header. Refer to SPOILER, DECKLID, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Pull the spoiler away from the upper liftgate header far enough to access and disconnect the washer supply hose nozzle connector (4) from the rear check valve (2).
- Disconnect the liftgate washer supply hose from the rear check valve (2) and remove the check valve.
