Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the energy absorber (2) back onto the fascia (1) and seat fully.

  2. Install the wire harness (2) and connect all the wire harness connectors (1).

  3. Position the fascia back and connect any wire harness connectors (1) as necessary.

  4. Install the fascia (3) onto the vehicle and seat the attachment clips (2) onto the support brackets (1) fully.

  5. Seat the upper clips fully and install the upper (1) and lower screws (2).
  6. Install the rear tail lamp assemblies. Refer to LAMP, TAIL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  7. Install the wire harness ground terminal and install the nut (1).

  8. Install the lower screws (1) that retain the lower side of the rear fascia.

  9. Position the rear wheelhouse splash shield (2) back and install the screws (1).
  10. Install the rear belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  11. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
