Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the front suspension crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, FRONT SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the screws (2) and remove the heat shield (1).

  3. Remove the sway bar. Refer to STABILIZER BAR, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Remove the bolts (1) and remove the crossmember (2) from the steering gear.
