Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the side belly pan and seat the three decking aids (1) fully.
  2. Install the 10 nuts (2) on the right side belly pan.
  3. Install the 11 nuts (2) on the left side belly pan.
  4. Install the screw (3) and tighten all fasteners to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  5. Position the tab into the slot (3) of the side belly pan and install the belly pan closeout panels.
  6. Seat the decking aid (4) fully.
  7. Install the two nuts and to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  8. Install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
