Removal And Installation: Removal
- For electronic Stop/Start equipped vehicle, remove the supplemental battery. For all models, remove the main battery. Refer to BATTERY, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Unclip all of the wiring harness clips from the battery tray (3). There are several clip location on the tray.
- Remove all fastener bolts (4) used to secure the battery tray to the vehicles engine compartment.
- Remove the battery hold down (1).
- Remove the battery tray (2).
