Position the rear muffler heat shield to the underbody.

Install the rear muffler heat shield fasteners (2) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Reposition the rear underbody belly pan and install the fasteners (1). Refer to BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Install the mid-muffler heat shield and tighten the fasteners (1) to the proper specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Position the tub heat shield to the underbody.

Install the tub heat shield fasteners (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Position the front muffler heat shield to the underbody.

Install the front muffler heat shield fasteners (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Install the dash heat shield to the underbody and tighten the fasteners (1) to the proper specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the underbody belly pans and securely tighten the fasteners (2). Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION , BELLY PAN, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION , BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION , BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION and/or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Install the muffler assembly. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks. Repair exhaust leaks as necessary.
Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
