Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative cable from the battery. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector before disconnecting the negative cable from the battery.
  2. Remove the rear lamp bar. Refer to LAMP BAR, EXTERIOR HANDLE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Disconnect the jumper wire harness connector (3) from the Rear View Camera (RVC) (2) on the back of the lamp bar.
  4. Remove the RVC to lamp bar fasteners (1) and remove the RVC.
