Lamp, Courtesy - Console: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Using trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, gently pry the upper console bezel (2) from the console (1).
- Remove the fasteners (3) from the tambour door unit (2).
- Lift the tambour door unit (2) out of the console far enough to disconnect the console wire harness connector (3) from the console interior courtesy lamp (1).
- Using a C-4755 trim stick or equivalent, gently pry the lamp hood (4) to separate it from the courtesy lamp (1) and remove the lamp from the vehicle.
