Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC 

1. With a scan tool, read DTCs and record on repair order.
2. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
3. Turn the ignition off and remove the key from the ignition.
4. Turn the ignition on, wait one minute.
5. With the scan tool, read Radio DTCs.

   Is the DTC active?

   Yes 

   • Replace the Radio in accordance with the Service information. Refer to MODULE, RADIO RECEIVER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
   • Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .

   No 

   • Test complete. The DTC is not active at this time.
   • Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
