When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Comparison to Temperature Model:
  • Ignition On.
  • No oil temperature sensor circuit high or low DTCs set.
  • No oil temperature jump detection DTCs set.
  • The engine speed is greater than a calibrated value or the input speed is greater than a calibrated value.
  • The output speed is greater than a calibrated value.
  • Line Pressure Control Solenoid power supply is switched on.
  • No supply voltage of Line Pressure Control Solenoid monitoring DTCs set.
  • No Line Pressure Control Solenoid circuit monitoring DTCs set.
  • Calibrated time has expired after engine start.
• Low Temperature Detection:
  • Ignition On.
  • No oil temperature sensor circuit high or low DTCs set.
  • No oil temperature jump detection monitoring DTCs set.
  • The engine speed is greater than a calibrated value or the input speed is greater than a calibrated value.
  • The output speed is greater than a calibrated value.
• Stuck in Low Temperature Detection:
  • Ignition On.
  • No oil temperature sensor circuit high or low DTCs set.
  • No oil temperature jump detection monitoring DTCs set.
  • The engine speed is greater than a calibrated value or the input speed is greater than a calibrated value.
  • The output speed is greater than a calibrated value.
  • Transmission oil temperature is less than a calibrated value.
