Set Condition

Solenoid Circuit Monitoring:
- A failure is detected if one of the following conditions occur:
  - A short to ground failure is detected if the ASIC indicates a short to ground failure.
  - A short to battery or open circuit failure is detected if the ASIC indicates a short to battery or open circuit failure.
