Removal And Installation: Fwd: Installation

  1. Position the stabilizer bar (1) in the crossmember.
  2. Install the stabilizer bar brackets.
  3. Install the stabilizer bar bracket fasteners (2). Tighten the stabilizer bar bracket fasteners to the proper torque specification. Refer to FRONT, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  4. Install the stabilizer bar link to the stabilizer bar and install the stabilizer bar link fasteners and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to FRONT, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Connect the outer tie rod end to the steering knuckle and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  6. Install the front crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, FRONT SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  7. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  8. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
