Second Row Outboard Seat: Installation

  1. Position the seat belt buckle (2) anchor plate onto the side of the seat cushion frame (1).
  2. Install the fastener (3) that secures the buckle anchor plate to the seat cushion frame (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  3. Position the seat inboard side cover (1) and install the fasteners (3) that secure it to the seat cushion frame. Tighten the fasteners securely.
    NOTE:

    Verify the orientation of the seat belt buckle. Be sure that the seat belt is not hitting the side shield preventing the seat belt from fully latching into the buckle.

  4. If equipped, install the second row center seat. Refer to SEAT, STOW-N-GO, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
