Housing - Air Inlet: Installation

  1. If required, install the recirculation-air door and recirculation door actuator to the air inlet housing. Tighten the screws securely.
    NOTE:

    If the foam seal on the top of the inlet housing is deformed or damaged, the seal must be replaced.

  2. Position the air inlet housing (3) to the top of the HVAC housing.
  3. Install the screws (1) that secure the air inlet housing to the HVAC housing. Tighten the screws securely.
  4. Connect the recirculation door actuator wire harness connector.
  5. Install the HVAC housing. Refer to HOUSING, HVAC, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
