The blower motor (3) is located on the bottom, right side of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) housing and consists of a squirrel type blower wheel and an integral blower motor power module connected to a 12 volt Direct Current (DC) motor with an integral wire connector receptacle. The blower motor is sealed within a plastic housing that has three mounting provisions and an air passage to help cool the motor when in operation.
The blower motor can be accessed for service from underneath the passenger side of the instrument panel.
