Removal And Installation: Removal
WARNING:
Review the warnings and cautions for this system before performing the procedure. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious or fatal injury.
- Disassemble the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Rear (HVACR) housing to access the rear A/C evaporator. Refer to HOUSING, A/C AND HEATER, REAR, DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY .
- Carefully lift the rear A/C evaporator (1) out of the inboard half of the HVACR housing and remove and DISCARD the O-ring seals.
- Install plugs in or tape over the opened refrigerant line fittings and the rear evaporator and expansion valve ports.
