Removal And Installation: Removal
NOTE:
Removal process is the same for both sides of the vehicle.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Remove the brake caliper to brake caliper adapter mounting bolts (2).
- Carefully remove and support the brake caliper taking care not to over extend the brake hose.
- Remove the outer and inner brake pads (1) from the brake caliper mounting bracket.
- Remove and DISCARD the anti-rattle clips (2) from the caliper adapter.
