Removal And Installation: Installation

Place sliding door in position on lifting device.
Position door rearward of the sliding door opening.
Roll door forward until the lower roller hinge engages into rear of the track.
Engage the upper sliding door hinge into the upper channels.

Install the upper stop bumper (2) back into the upper roller hinge channel (1) and seat fully.

Attach the center door hinge arm (1) to the rollers and install the nuts (2).
Tighten the nuts (2) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Position the drive plate (2) back onto the hinge assembly (3) and install the bolt (1).
Tighten the bolt (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Install the wire harness support clip (1) onto the support bracket and seat fully.

Connect the wire harness electrical connector (1) and secure onto the brackets fully.

Install the hold open striker (3) onto the mounting plate (2) and install the bolts (1).
Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Install the scuff plate extension (1).
Remove masking tape from body surfaces.
Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
Verify door operation and fit. Adjust as necessary. Refer to DOOR, SLIDING, ADJUSTMENTS .
