Removal And Installation: Removal
- Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. Refer to STATIONARY GLASS, WARNING .
- Remove the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .CAUTION:
Be careful not to damage the painted surfaces when cutting the urethane around the glass.
- Remove the sunshade 3rd row. Refer to SUNSHADE, SUNROOF, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Using an assistant and a windshield cut-out tool (2), cut and separate the urethane adhesive securing the glass to the roof fenceline (1).
- Carefully remove the sunroof glass (1) from the vehicle roof opening (2).
