Removal And Installation: Installation
NOTE:
The procedure for the front door body side molding (1) and the sliding door body side molding (2) are the same.
NOTE:
Install a new molding within 20 minutes of body panel cleaning.
- Clean body surface with MOPAR® Super Kleen solvent or equivalent. Wipe surface dry with lint free cloth.
- Remove protective cover from adhesive tape on back of molding.
- Apply the body side molding to the body panel below and aligned to the masking tape guide.
- Firmly press the body side molding to body panel surface to assure adhesion.
- Remove masking tape guide.
