Removal And Installation: Removal

Remove the brake rotor. Refer to ROTOR, BRAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NOTE:
Align the wheel stub being removed so that it is positioned between the two mounting holes for the caliper bracket.

Press the stud from the hub using ball joint press (1) (special tool #8677, Remover, Ball Joint).
Remove the stud (2) from the hub.
