Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the liftgate latch (1) and the fasteners (2).
  2. Tighten the liftgate latch bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Connect the wire harness connector to the liftgate latch.
  4. Install the lower liftgate trim panel. Refer to PANEL, TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
