Door Flushness Adjustment

  1. Check sliding door flushness at the C-pillar striker.
  2. If necessary, loosen the bolts (2) and slide the striker (1) in or out to achieve desired flush measurement. Refer to GAP AND FLUSH DIMENSIONS .
  3. Tighten the bolts (2) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  4. Check upper B-pillar flushness to A-pillar cover.
  5. Open the door to mid-point of travel.
  6. Mark the outline of upper roller arm on the door to assist in making adjustments.
  7. Loosen the bolts attaching upper roller arm to door.
  8. Add shim to increase gap.
  9. Tighten the upper roller arm bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  10. Check lower B-pillar flushness to A-pillar cover.
  11. If necessary, loosen the bolts (1) and slide the striker (2) in or out to achieve desired flush measurement. Refer to GAP AND FLUSH DIMENSIONS .
  12. Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
