Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the front carrier plate. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Release the retaining clips (1) and separate the exterior handle support bracket (2) from the presenter bracket.

  3. Disconnect the cable (1) from the bracket (2) and remove the cable from the carrier plate.

  4. Disconnect the cable (2) from the hold open latch (1) and remove the cable assembly.
